Hcc Fall Semester 2024 Dual Enrollment. Students can apply to the dual enrollment program by creating an hcc account and completing an online dual enrollment application at www.hcc.edu/apply. The portal for the hcc dual enrollment paperwork will open monday march 4th, 2024.

Students demonstrating college readiness through a state of texas approved college placement test can earn dual credit by taking an approved college class offered at a high school, hcc campus, or online. The dual enrollment program allows students to take harford community college courses while completing their high school diploma.
